Flaw 1:  “Bullet Hole” circular dot flaw on the top right of the number 5.

I have 2 examples of this unlisted flaw. Both stamps show a slight ‘bump’ on the top of the ‘O’ of POST, so it is likely that they both come from the same sheet position. But, as with all the flaws I am listing, without a full sheet for comparison, no definitive statement can be deduced. The white markings to the right and under the number 5 are surface damage.
