I have scanned two examples of this unlisted flaw. The residual marks in the blank (which arise from the removal of N.S.W.) indicate that both stamps come from the same sheet position. As with flaw 1, no conclusion can be reached as to whether the flaw occurs elsewhere on the full sheet.
