Flaw 6: Portions of letters of “N.S.W.” showing

The above 5/- flaw description is that given in the ACSC 2020 catalogue with the classification code BW D11f.

That flaw is supported in the 2020 edition by a colour photograph of the claimed flaw. The flaw shown clearly shows some residual remnants of the erased letters (N.S.W.), but in my view that particular example is no better than other examples of these remnants, two of which are reproduced above. In my view none of my, or the catalogue example, really qualify to be singled out as a unique flaw worthy of separate citation.
